Victoria Beckham revealed her bizarre and unusual, yet not so expensive, beauty secret.

She said she believes getting the right amount of healthy fats to have flawless, glowing skin. Keeping this in mind, the fashion designer said she eats at least three to four avocados every day.

Explaining that fruits help her to have a luminescent complexion, Victoria told the Daily Telegraph, “It’s not just about looking younger.” She said calorie-packed avocadoes are loaded with fiber, vitamins, and healthy monounsaturated fats, with virtually no sugar.

Chelseé Lewis, who specializes in the best beauty treatments, said, “Avocados should be a staple in everybody’s diet to help have good skin & health. The benefits of avocado are full of Vitamin K, Vitamin C, Vitamin B, Vitamin E, Magnesium, Copper, Iron, Zinc & Vitamin A. This wonderful fruit has more potassium than a banana.”

With more than 23 years of experience in the beauty industry, Chelseé won Corporate Live Wire London prestige award for Beauty Expert of the Year. She works with celebrities like Gwyneth Paltrow, Stella McCartney, and Suki Waterhouse.

The facialist added that Victoria’s beauty secret behind wrinkle-free skin could be due to the daily intake of avocadoes that have anti-aging properties. She said, “Beauty starts from within. Food is our medicine.”

This is not the first time Victoria has revealed her unusual beauty secrets. She once said that she kick starts her day with a sip of apple cider vinegar.

In an interview with Glamour this month, Victoria said, “There’s something really liberating about embracing who I am at 45 years old and owning it, feeling content.”

“Doing beauty has really helped with that – it’s been very liberating,” continued Vitoria. “I want to spread the word that everybody should feel like the best version of themselves. To look after what you have. I want to tell people to own who you are. Yes, we – and I – have wrinkles, and that’s OK!”
