Uses
Super P Force uses include erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE). ED and PE are common men’s health issues that affect their love lives because they prevent them from making love.

Mechanism of Action
Super P Force tablets work in two different ways in men – thanks to the drug’s dual-acting mechanism. As mentioned earlier, the drug is a combination of sildenafil and dapoxetine so it acts on two different systems to treat ED and PE simultaneously.
Sildenafil is a PDE5 inhibitor so it has a specific action on the circulatory system. The drug inhibits the enzyme called PDE5 in order to stop the degradation of a chemical called cGMP. When this happens, the body is able to release nitric oxide during sexual stimulation, causing a strong penile erection.
Dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), an antidepressant that works on the central nervous system. The exact mechanism of action of dapoxetine is unknown but it is presumed that the drug works on improving the secretion of serotonin, a neurotransmitter, delaying ejaculation.
Strengths
Super P Force contains 100 mg sildenafil and 60 mg dapoxetine, which are the ideal doses for ED and PE, respectively. Super P Force 160 mg could be an effective dosage for most men with both conditions. You should take this drug only under the supervision of a doctor, as sildenafil and dapoxetine are prescription-only drugs.
If you want to use Super P Force for your ED and PE issues, take the dose an hour before sexual activity, preferably on an empty stomach. Make sure you avoid grapefruits, alcohol, or heavy/fatty meals before and after dosage. Do not self-medicate with this drug. However, seek immediate medical attention if you experience priapism (prolonged erection), breathlessness, chest pain, mood/mental changes, or any allergic reactions.

Remember, Super P Force is not an ideal drug for those who are already taking medicines containing nitrates, alpha-blockers, protease inhibitors, antidepressants, or anxiolytics, as they interact adversely, causing drug interactions.

Super P Force reviews have been mixed, as most men have experienced good results, while others failed, probably due to underlying medical conditions. However, studies have found that combination therapy with sildenafil and dapoxetine appears to improve erection quality and ejaculation time.
A study, conducted on 53 men with both ED and PE, found that more than 81% of the participants were satisfied with combination therapy of sildenafil and dapoxetine, according to CIMS Pharmacy. The study was published in the International Journal of Impotence Research in 2019. This suggests that Super P Force could be an effective ED and PE drug.
