It seems like Kim Kardashian is on a mission to shed those extra pounds.
She is aiming to lose 18 pounds before turning 40 this fall through a plant-based diet.
On Monday night, the 39-year-old said in a Q&A session on Twitter, “I eat mostly plant-based. No meat anymore.”
She then went on to list some of her go-to meals, including vegan sausage and oatmeal for breakfast, and vegan tacos and salads for lunch, adding, “Sea Moss Smoothies are really good too.”
The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star said her husband, Kanye West, and her kids, Saint, Chicago, and Pslam also follow the plan-based diet. However, her eldest daughter, North, is a “pescatarian.”
People who are pescatarians eat fish and shellfish but not meat.
Recently, Kim shared an in-depth tour of her “well-stocked” pantries and refrigerators with her fans who questioned what she feeds her kids since she posed in front of a bare fridge in a photo on Instagram.
She said, “All my kids use a different kind of milk. We are building on the property all our own trees to grow our own vegetables and do all of our own stuff.”
