Kim Kardashian has said that her vegan diet has helped maintain her curves.

Anastasia Soare, the CEO and founder of Anastasia Beverly Hills, gushed over the size of Kim’s waist. Soare asked, “Please explain to me how it’s possible,” while focusing the camera on Kim who wore a form-fitting bronze dress.

Kim replied with a smile on her face, “Oh come on.”

Soare asked, “Did you remove your ribs?” Replying to this question, Kim explained that cutting out dairy and meat has definitely been a factor.

Kim said, “I think that honestly being a vegan now helps. It does look really small today.”

“Today? Everyday,” Soare replied, making Kardashian laugh.

In April 2019, Kim first revealed that she was changing up her eating habits by posting a photo of a sweet potato and avocado-filled meal, captioning the post, “I am eating all plant-based when I am home.”

During the 2019 Met Gala, Kim’s waist came under intense scrutiny when she wore a custom-made Thierry Mugler “dripping wet” dress overtop a corset, which made her waistline look extremely tiny.

Recently, in an interview with the WSJ Magazine, Kim admitted that she had “never felt pain like that in my life,” explaining that the custom-made corset was so tight that her back and stomach were covered with indentations at the end of the night.

Her waist looked so thin that some people criticized her of getting her ribs removed in order to achieve such a distinct hourglass shape. Dismissing the rumors, she told WSJ, “I don’t even know if that’s possible.” Kim’s personal trainer Melissa Alcantara came to her defense by explaining that she puts in a lot of effort at the gym and posts videos of her workouts on a daily basis.
