In an ominous trailer for Thursday’s episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians (KUWTK), Khloe Kardashian revealed that she suffered from COVID-19 infection earlier this year.
During the trailer, Kim Kardashian said, “My gut tells me she [has COVID] because she’s so sick. I can tell that she’s now getting scared and that she’s really nervous about it.”
In the same trailer, Kris Jenner admitted to jumping on the “phone with every doctor” who could help them understand why Khloe was so sick.
Khloe then confirmed that she did contract the coronavirus virus.
The 36-year-old said, “It was really bad for a couple days,” in a video from her bedroom, where she was quarantined during her illness.
Khloe also opened up about her coronavirus symptoms, which included fever, shaking, vomiting, feeling “hot and then cold,” and having headaches worse than migraines.
In a hoarse voice, the reality star said, “My chest would burn when I cough and my throat is still not recovered, clearly. That shit is real.”
According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the symptoms of COVID-19 are similar to the flu, including characteristic symptoms such as fever, cough, and breathlessness.
However, Khloe remained optimistic. She said, “We’ll get through this if we follow orders. We’re all gonna be okay. May God bless us all.” The Kardashian family, including Khloe, are currently celebrating Kim’s 40th birthday on a private island, so it appears all is well at this point.
