Jennifer Lopez has once again stunned us with her young and radiant look.

J.Lo closed the Versace Spring 2020 show by reimaging the version of her iconic ‘Versace Jungle’ dress that she wore at the Grammy Awards 2000 when she made headlines for wearing the stunning dress.

The audience was completely surprised by the “Hustlers” actress even though her iconic outfit was a true showstopper. Still, she is as young, strong and radiant as she was back then.

So, what is the secret? Over the years, J.Lo has managed to maintain her youth with the help of her clean diet and exercise.

In 2009, after giving birth to her twins, the “On the Floor” singer revealed that she went vegan, which helped her lose weight. She said her energy levels increased after following the plant-based diet. She told Extra, “It was a real change, but more than that I felt better and people were like ‘Your energy’s better.’”

However, currently, she is not following the vegan diet. She told US Weekly that she eats all types of protein, including chicken and pork. She also prefers a good protein shake in the morning. J.Lo said, “It sets the tone for the day and gives me a lot of energy.”

The “Dance Again” singer is not a big fan of chips and doughnuts. Instead, she prefers eating her veggies and fruits. The “Maid in Manhattan” star has spoken about her clean lifestyle, which includes no smoking and limiting alcohol and caffeine.

Lopez rarely skips a day when it comes to exercising. She told US Weekly, “Very rarely will I skip my workout. Sometimes, I work too late the night before, and I’m like, ‘Ugh, I can’t do this.’ But I tell myself, ‘Just do it. It’s only an hour.’ It’s just talking yourself off the ledge of being a lazy bum.”

She has two personal trainers who are completely different in their approaches to fitness. She said, “I like the balance that they both give me. They have two totally different approaches. I like switching it up with my body.” Apart from exercising, she dances to keep herself physically and mentally fit. The “Second Act” actress told Hello Magazine, “Dance has always been a huge part of my life and taking to the time to move my body and do something that’s so good for me is key to my happiness.”
