After holding the Health Secretary post from 2012 to 2018, Hunt became Foreign Secretary in 2018 after Boris Johnson resigned over Theresa May’s Brexit deal.

In April 2018, Hunt and his wife Lucia came under scrutiny after they found to have a property firm together. The Mare Pond Properties Limited business was found to buy seven luxury flats.

They were criticized because they did not register the business with Companies House.

According to reports, Boris Johnson is worth £1.5 million. He gets paid roughly £80,000 a year as MP for Uxbridge and South Ruislip. In addition, he get £275,000 a year for writing his weekly column in the Daily Telegraph.
