Drinking Tea or Coffee Associated With Lower Risk of Stroke and Dementia, Study
A new Chinese study has suggested that drinking tea or coffee could reduce the risk of stroke and dementia. The study also found that drinking coffee reduced the risk of post-stroke dementia, a condition in which a person experiences dementia after having a stroke.
