In her latest Instagram post, Britney Spears has revealed her struggles with self-esteem and how she overcomes it. She said she has learned how to speak to herself and carry herself out effectively.
She posted a video with a caption, “Body language is everything! The way you speak to yourself and carry yourself can effect your mood …. I have self esteem problems so I slouch … These poses help me everyday become stronger and it’s quite fun doing them.”
“I feel so different everytime I do it, cause I’m not used to the feeling of my back being out !!!!” she added.
In the video clip, the 37-year-old pop singer is seen explaining her viewers about how she has been working with her personal coach to arch her back and balance her body.
She said, “By hanging upside down it opens my back and it enables me to breathe better and to open up. And to feel better. So here I go.”
In a bright blue bikini, Spears is seen balancing herself on her gym coach who lies on the ground and supports Britney’s butt while she makes some moves with her legs.
Her confession about having self-esteem problems comes after a new documentary was publicized, which shed some light on one of Spears’ public meltdowns when she went bald in 2007.
Back then, tattoo artist Emily Wynne-Hughes, who interviewed Spears in Breaking Point, said, “I remember asking her, ‘Why did you shave your head?’ And her answer was a bit weird.”
Spears replied, “It was, ‘I just don’t want anybody touching my head. I’m sick of people touching my hair.’” However, since then, the Toxic singer has moved on and started enjoying through her daily workouts.
