Bec Judd is not a gym freak and never even fond of it. She is well known for her active wear when comes to going out with mates or kids or even to work. She gives credit to only one thing for her bikini body and that’s not her daily workout.
She has 4 kids and still having sexy bikini body to show off. Credit goes to “good genes”, says Bec Judd. “I am addicted to cardio tennis, I play for two hours twice a week because it’s really fun,” the 36-year-old said. “It’s a total game changer.”
Cardio tennis is the only exercise I am fond of and love to do that. I always look at my watch and feels, damn, only ten minutes left. Whereas I always look at my watch while doing other exercises.
Along with cardio tennis, she also credits her mum for good genes who is 57 and always mistaken by many as her sis.
“I posted a photo of me and my mum recently and people called her Australia’s hottest grandma because we look like twins,” she said. “That’s where I get my body shape, me and my sister, we’re just like mum.”
She also co-owns fitness clothing brand Jaggad, works in TV and hosts the 3PM Pick Up on KIIS FM. Hardly she is able to find time to exercise.
“Our ethos is life athletics, so live an athletic, healthy life however that looks to you,” she explains. Whether you’re a weekend runner, a professional athlete or you do what you can at home because you’ve got your kids — whatever and whoever, it’s all about your version of active and what works for you.”
“I’m not super conscious about what I eat. I’ve got my mum’s genes, so I’m very lucky — it’s just my family’s body type,” she said. “But having said that, as a mum I aim to eat healthily at home not processed foods, lean meats, fruit and veg, etc.”
