Adele, an English singer and songwriter, may be a global superstar, but she considers her son, Angelo, as her top priority and is now making lifestyle modifications for him.
The 31-year-old Grammy winner lately started her fitness regimen and hired a personal trainer. She has also began Pilates classes.
Someone close to the star commented, “For her, it’s not about losing weight. She wants to stay healthy for her son’s sake, and though it’s been challenging for her to keep a new workout routine, she is sticking with it.”
The reports of her working out at Rise Nation was confirmed by an inside source.
Another entertainment source commented that Adele is also “watching what she eats. She has taken a more serious interest in improving herself and is actually having a great time.”
At the beginning of this year, Adele declared her break-up with her longtime love Simon Konecki. She is now single and has been focusing on living a satisfying life with Angelo.
