Are you a keto dieter? If so, there is some good news. Kraft Heinz and Twisted Ranch have collaborated to release five new ranch flavors nationwide, and what is more interesting – all of them are keto-friendly.
The dressings are now available at grocery stores across the United States and each dressing contains 14 grams of fat and not more than four grams of carbs.
According to the press release, Kraft Heinz has paired up with Twisted Ranch to sell five new keto-friendly ranch flavors, which include (with nutrition information per 2 tbsp serving):
- Black Pepper Parmesan – 150 calories, 15 g fat, 220 mg sodium, 0 g carbs, 0 g fiber, 0 g sugar, 1 g protein
- Cheesy Smoked Bacon – 150 calories, 15 g fat, 350 mg sodium, 3 g carbs, 0 g fiber, 2 g sugar, less than 1 g protein
- Honey Dipped Wasabi – 140 calories, 14 g fat, 180 mg sodium, 4 g carbs, 0 g fiber, 3 g sugar, 0 g protein
- Garlic Smashed Buffalo – 120 calories, 13 g fat (2.5 sat), 330 mg sodium, 1 g carbs, 0 g fiber, less than 1 g sugar, 0 g protein
- Mango Spiked Habanero – 120 calories, 13 g fat (2.5 sat), 330 mg sodium, 4 g carbs, 0 g fiber, less than 1 g sugar, 0 g protein
Each 13-ounce dressing bottle will be sold at a price of $3.29. And the best part is they contain four or even fewer grams of carbs, which means they are entirely keto-compliant and they have at least 14 grams of fat.
Twisted Ranch, the St. Louis-based restaurant, is not your ordinary restaurant; it is actually a dedicated ranch restaurant. Every menu at the restaurant is made with the tangy, creamy dressing. Please note that Mango Spiked Habanero favor is not available on Walmart’s website, but may be in stores.
