On Wednesday, the 52-year-old actor posted a hilarious video on Instagram, making fun of himself and others who are trying to hit the gym for the first time after quarantine.
The video, dubbed “Trying to remember how to use the gym after quarantine,” featured Smith using various exercise equipment incorrectly, according to PEOPLE.
In one clip, he is seen swinging from a hanging rope trainer. In another, he performed arm presses on the leg curl machine.
Smith cautioned the post, “Feeling the burn in places I didn’t even know were places.”
The Aladdin actor has recently been on intense health and fitness regimen as he is trying to lose the weight he gained during the pandemic. He has been sharing videos and photos of his workouts over the past several weeks.

“No more midnight muffins…this is it!” he added. “Imma get in the BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE!!!!!”
On May 4, Smith announced that he is documenting his transformation in partnership with YouTube for a new original series premiering next year that will take viewers along on his health and fitness journey, according to PEOPLE.
The unscripted fitness documentary, titled “Best Shape of My Life,” will follow Smith “challenging himself to improve every aspect of his fitness, from agility to power to recovery and more, teaming up with guests including pro athletes, scientists and experts, and top YouTube creators,” according to a release.
